2. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the distance sale, via the website, of digital content: supplier contact lists, guides, methods, and strategies for the resale business (hereinafter “Packs”), as well as access to related services (VIP Telegram group, support). Nix Sell does not sell physical goods and is not a party to the relationships between the buyer and the suppliers listed in the Packs.

3. Eligibility to purchase

Only persons of legal age may purchase. By placing an order, the buyer declares that the information provided is truthful.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in euros and [include VAT / are VAT-exempt pursuant to ...].
  • Payment is made via [Stripe / PayPal / ...]. Nix Sell does not know or store card details.
  • The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed and you receive the order confirmation email.

5. Delivery

The content of the Pack is sent to the email provided [and/or via Telegram] normally within a few minutes of payment, and in any case within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, please contact Telegram support.

6. Right of withdrawal

As these are digital contents provided on non-material medium, pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded when delivery begins with the consumer's express agreement and their acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal. This consent is requested at checkout. The cases of refund indicated in the Refund Policy remain applicable.

7. Conformity

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the digital content according to Articles 135-octies et seq. of the Consumer Code. If the content does not conform to the description, you have the right to have it brought into conformity or, if not possible, to a price reduction or refund.

8. Usage license

The contents are licensed for personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable use. It is forbidden to resell, share, publish, or distribute the Packs or access to the VIP group. In case of violation, Nix Sell may revoke access to the related services without a refund.

9. Lawful use and buyer responsibility

  • The buyer is solely responsible for their resale activity, tax compliance, and compliance with the law, including regulations on trademarks and counterfeiting: only lawful goods should be resold.
  • The buyer is responsible for complying with the terms of use of the platforms they use (e.g., Vinted). Methods and strategies are for informational purposes, and their use is at the buyer's own risk.
  • Agreements with suppliers (prices, quality, shipping) are between the buyer and the supplier.

10. No guarantee of earnings

Results depend on the individual's effort and skills, and on market conditions. Nix Sell does not guarantee any earnings. Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nix Sell is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the content or relationships with suppliers. The mandatory responsibilities provided by law for the protection of the consumer remain unaffected.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer. Before turning to a judge, you can contact us via Telegram support to find a solution.

13. Amendments

We may update these conditions. The version in effect at the time of the order applies.
