2. Data we collect
- Order data: email, products purchased, amount, date.
- Payment data: managed directly by [Stripe / PayPal]. We only receive the outcome and the data necessary for invoicing.
- Contact and support data: what you write to us on Telegram (including your Telegram username for access to the VIP group).
- Browsing data: IP address and technical data collected by the servers and providers listed below.
- Data saved in the browser: shopping cart content and cookie choices (see Cookie policy).

4. Who we share data with
Only with providers who help us deliver the service, appointed as data processors where necessary:

5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (e.g., Google, Cloudflare, Stripe, Telegram) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of adequacy decisions (e.g., EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time, by writing to Telegram support:
- access to your data and a copy (art. 15)
- rectification (art. 16) and erasure (art. 17)
- restriction of processing (art. 18)
- portability (art. 20)
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest (art. 21)
- withdrawal of consent, without affecting processing already carried out
We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
7. Minors
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures (HTTPS connection, limited access, reliable providers) to protect data from loss, illicit use, or unauthorized access.
